Maidana aint even a somebody but Khan is making him look like a somebody because of his reluctance to fight him.

Freddie Roach is picking the styles Amir can beat, we know this.

khan seems to be a hot commodity right now...he's being called out left and right...so much demand for the kid...this is good for him...if he doesn't lose his next 4 fights...he'll be shot straight up to the top of the division...

Yup its the same way that roach brought up pac. He chooses the fighters he knows that his fighter can beat and avoids fighters who cam actually beat them.

Who cares, I wanna see him fight Marquez... though I know Maidana deserves his shot... Also Bradley would beat the **** out of Khan so I know Shaw isn't lying about GBP turning down that offer

A good promoter will avoid the biggest hitters until Khan is ready. I respect that. Marquez, Mallignaggi, and Hatton are all good, money fights, at this stage in Khan's career.

I couldn't care less if Khan didn't fight a massively dangerous opponent for the next couple of years. He is only 23. He has a whole career ahead of him. As long as he is topping bills and fighting the best at around 25 years of age, then he is doing ok.
He is a World Champion so stop acting like he is a prospect.

              JMM was a better fighter.

JMM has no bussines above 135, let alone against a fighter who is younger, stronger, faster and way taller than him.

JMM has been chosen for a reason!!

Bradley needs to shut up and start fighting. JMM is better then ANYONE Bradley has faced.

in my opinion.. if he wants to get paid like a star... fight the best.. regardless of age.. there's been boxers that at his age have already succeeded... look at victor ortiz.. 22 or 23 when he fought maidana.. and according to him asked for a rematch.. besides i dont see how kahn deserves big money fights.. dude has not done anything.. other than cheated barrera... and we all know what happened with prescott.. this dude thinks he's worth more than he is..

Roach and Co see JMM as someone with enough of a name and possibly over the hill for Amir to make a name for himself without taking a great risk.

If Amir loses he can still hold his head up high because JMM is a legend. If he fights Bradley or Maidana and loses it looks worse because they don't have that prestige.

                      Shaw is Right

Now that Con is with Golden Girl they will protect him to get the most $ out of their investment. Bradley and The Magic Man are the class of the 140 lb division. By this time next year no one will remember who Con is and as long as people stop ducking him Paulie will rule at 140 lbs.
