I don't disagree with your assesment of Marquez its spot on. He's been my favorite fighter and I believe he has a couple great performances left. However, I believe that Khan has looked much better his last three fights especially defensively Roach has him fghting with more intensity and better defense. His opposition hasn't exactly been spectacular but you can't deny his physical gifts. I think that it is a bad matchup because Khan is bigger faster and has enough power to knock JMM down. I hope I'm wrong but I see Marquez maybe winning 5 or 6 rounds but being knocked down as he is prone to and it costing him the fight. In no way an easy fight for either.

Is this a joke? I want to see Khan work his way to a fight like Marquez. He doesn't deserve anything of the sort. He needs to show he is worth it by beating some LWW hardmen!! Fighting Marquez at 140 when he struggled at 135?
Khan will be known as the GOAT***** ducker!!!Comment

So GBP aren't building a Khan-Maidana fight then? Maidana is getting screwed, I really hope he can continue winning and forces Khan to put up or give up his title.Comment

Its surprising GB is trying to bump Khan up to this big name level. Rather than risk a fighter with his star power by putting him in the young lions of his weight class they just throw him up against old timers with big names. Its good business.
It does sadden me though that tough young fighters like Marcos Maidana might be denied their shot at the big time, or that the divisions best fighter in Timothy Bradley wont be allowed to prove it.Comment

If Khan isnt what hes suppose to be it wont last long. Marquez really is undersized though, and Judah hasnt been the same since Cotto.Comment
