The only reason why Mayweather agreed to fight Mosley is because he's TRAPPED!

Mayweather has nowhere to hide!
Imagine what would happen if Mayweather walk away from afight with Mosley!
The critics would have been extremely devastating!
And it would validate fans suspecion of Mayweather ducking tough foes!

There are far too many people choosing sides here, Floyd is wrong plain and simple. I'm a Floyd fan but I'm also a boxing fan. Floyd came out of nowhere wit his demands and his talks of cleaning up the sport. Where was this talk when he was fighting Hatton, JMM, and Dela Hoya. Manny was right to not take the test. Its not a point of right and wrong, its principle.

For Example: if a black man working at a law firm get promoted to partner, but one of the other partners, who is white, believes he only got promoted because he is black and insist that the black man take the bar exam over to prove he is really a lawyer, does the black man take the test to prove him wrong? NO. he sues his ass just as Manny did.

Now I'm not a Floyd hater, I in fact thinks he beat Manny with his reach and defense, but he is wrong to expect someone to go with what he wants because he says so.

Enough of the Floyd, Manny articles. The fight isn't happening right now. We have two other fights coming up, lets focus on that.

I couldn't disagree more. The things that happen on the way to a fight, a major fight, are always interesting and become big parts of the legend of whatever emerges.

Ray Leonard's retirement in 82, with Hagler on hand, adds to the tale of their eventual showdown.

Frazier giving Ali money to stay afloat, and then taking mountains of trash, is part of why their rivalry continues to be retold.

If and when THE fight of this time happens, fans will still be arguing about and debating all these little things that happened outside the ring and measuring how they played on the psychological approaches taken in the fight itself.
