He's preparing for Dirrell by sparring with a 42 year old Ottke?

    Okay.

IMO Ottke is more of a public stunt but Stevenson is well-chosen...bring in Kingsley Ikeke next...

I wonder if Abraham's team have tried contacting Russell Jordan, he's got about the same height and reach as Dirrell.... I know he's not as big or strong as Andre but Abraham was probably going to have the physical advantage going into the fight anyways

Hopefully someone will film their sparring sessions just because of the possibility of seeing Ottke get knocked out.

I've been saying for awhile that Dirrell will be able to prepare for AA's boring style but AA will not be able to find anyone who can truly mimic Dirrell in the ring.

They can find people who look like him physically but what they cannot find is someone who can fight equally good left or right handed.

If even a guy like you who has respect for the sport wants to see Ottke knocked out - it tells me that I was always right with my dislike of Ottke even though I'm German *looooooooooooooooooooooool*

No matter who abraham spars with, he is going to struggle to find dirrell. he can punch from a good distnace for someone his height, but he just lacks the footspeed to keep up with dirrell. im still on the fence with how this will play out. but this will be abarahams toughest fight of his career, guaranteed.

I'm pretty sure it wont be tougher than this fight:

This fight was an ugly mess *loooooooooooooooool* Abraham is a bad mutha... these Armenian's are tough dudes no question about it...

I think it will be tough because this time he is confronted with someone who really didn't care if he stinks up the joints... Dirrell won't pressure him or try to knock him out if he ain't has to... other fighters would sooner or later stand still for him... the only time Dirrell will be still is when he is laying on the mat but it seems that Abraham's camp knows about this and doesn't underestimate him like Kessler did with Ward... IMO Kessler was never really there physical and mentally... he took him a bit easy IMHO
