they have a rule right?, to get the rank you want, beat the guy at that rank. may be that's the reason.

probaly Bika had defeated Manfredy when he's #5 then, and Taylor was #6 then when Abraham beat him.

Don't really have a problem with it although Bika should be demoted now because of inactivity and when he is active he isn't fighting the best guys out there. Turning down the Green fight disappointed me.

Didn't Abraham beat Taylor who was ranked at the time??

I bet if Tito did the same he would be top 3.

Dirrell is not rated in the top ten!
            What a disgrace.
He fought Calzaghe, Bute to UD L's. he Draw with Beyer, beat Soliman, Manfredo and Cdrigton. His resume at SMW is vastly more extense than beating Jermain Taylor!

Again, How many wins against top SMWs does Dirrel have?

The sanctioning bodies rankings are foolish as well, I agree. But they have been around and been considered legitimate for a while.
They did not just start creating a champion and rating system in 2004 like the ring.

Well maybe I am exaggerating a bit, but P4P list are just for casual fans to take a look at stars and potential up and comers.

Besides its fantasy so who cares where they rank who anyway.

Actually Ring belt and their ranking system has been around way before any of the major 4 belts...

But it seems the Ring is strictly following the concept (except the P4P) while others are not..

if you want to be no.1 beat the no.1.
if you want to be no.9 beat the no.9 (unless your higher)..

I feel they have the best ranking, ever..
