comments not necessary, just vote in the poll.
Shanes isnt in his prime, but he is still elite. Some fighters are able to make the necessary adjustments others cant it depends on styles and milelage. Katsidis and Pavlik will most probably be way over the hill come 35, but a defensive minded fighter like Hopkins, Clottey, Toney and Winky will still have a lot left by the time they hit 35

cant believe what im reading, at least one ******* doesnt give manny credit for that victory.
anyway, mosley is still the best ww around, and dont forget that pac was the one who run away from the biggest fight of his career.
the biggest moneyfight available for floyd is mosley right now, its also a fight real boxing fans wanna see.

I aint a pacfart. I am a boxing fan,for that reason alone I really dont place Floydius' accomplishments and his penchant for picking his opponents anywhere close to his ability.

Err...no,Floyd ran away from that one with his pissy and unnecessary demands, but we have been round in circles with that one,and dont much fancy doing it again as its boring.

On another note,Floydius has just come out and highlighted the fact that fighters decline after 30,so why is he fighting a 39 year old?

the question is why is pac fighting a bum and not taking the test + fight floyd.
pac also had the chance to fight mosley, but roach wanted mosley to come down to 142, why that? i thought mosley is old?
since when is bloodtesting not important in sport?
where u make millions of $, pac has no right to refuse a random bloodtest, who is this midget kidding ?
pac also wanted floyd to pay 10m$ penalty per LB over the agreed weight-limit, thats also an " unnecessary demand " but floyd said no problem.
when u want to proof the world u r the best, u dont act like pac did.
arum doesnt want pacquiao to fight floyd, it would be too hard for him to see pac gets his ass kicked against the guy who showed him the door

I don't think anyone in their right mind would argue that Shane is at his physical peak, but the fact is he's Mayweather's most worthy possible foe in the division outside of Pacquiao, who backed out of negotiations with Floyd for now.

I think some people are crediting ****m Richardson with giving Shane a second wind also, and providing him with a more dynamic strategic approach, making him more dangerous than he might've been before. Personally I think the verdict's still out on that one but it's an understandable point of view and ****m is a brilliant trainer and tactician.

It depends on the division too. Definitely under 135 it takes its toll but it seems to be a loose definition of what lower weights are.

Bone density increases around 35 so you naturally will weigh a little more, sometimes earlier, sometimes later, so it' can be harder to make weight.

Plus it also depends on people's recuperative powers from how many wars they've been in.

Some fighters do. Some fighters dont.

                      The P4P Ranks are:

                      1. Pac
                      2. Floyd
                      3. Mosley

Floyd is fighting the third best fighter on the planet. That cant be hated on. Hes fighting for the WW Championship.
