Well I hope you are right...

But actual fight is much more different..a lot of pressure..it will be very hard to chase a guy and then throw a KO punch too.. if Mosley was younger maybe. Mosley needs to KO Jr..in the earlier rounds.

He does need a tuneup. 16 months is a long time. Not against anyone who has a shot, just someone to get some real rounds in with. He could fight someone who has no power, no D, and no fundamentals. There's someone out there who fits that description and wouldn't require a large payday like Berto. Like I said, Mosley is being sacrificed so Mayweather can be the face of GBP to compete with Pac and Top Rank.

You forgot Judah. Judah lost the undisputed WW title by close decision to Baldomir the fight before Floyd. Was Judah undersized and over the hill? Say what you want about Baldomir, but the fact is he was undefeated for 9 years and he was the lineal champ at WW. He was huge, at his prime, and had a granite chin.

That's a lie. Cotto never called out Pac, Mosley, Mayweather, Margarito, Clottey, Quintana, Malignaggi, Foreman, or anyone else. That's not his style. The good fighters who did call out Mayweather never got the chance to fight him anyways because he decided to conveniently retire.

hmmmmm..... A prime Mosley and a hungry up
and coming Mayweather Jr? I don't know about
that considering Floyd wanted to fight Mosley
when he was the man at 135 and Mosley went
for Oscar because Flyod was the high risk, low
              reward fight.

                I Agree with you...

..Mosley just wants the creame of the crop...But if fights Berto..I believe that he will actually KO Berto..Mosley is quick but Jr. is just quicker..

Judah to me was a legit opponent despite the fact that he lost to Baldomir. He overlooked his opponent and Baldomir capitalized on it. Props to him. But Baldomir is trash. Period. I don't care whether it was May, Pac, Cotto, PWill, or whoever that fought him. He's not a legit opponent. Not losing in 9 years when you're not fighting high caliber comp is pointless. His resume is trash.

The tooth ache thing was to make way for the Oscar fight and he didn't have a lot of time to drop from 154 to 147 after he fought Vargas. Plus it was already set in stone that Mosley was gonna take time after that fight so Floyd called him out after knowing that just to look tough.
Lets be accurate. It wasn't a toothache, it was a loose front tooth.
