For Mayweather a victory over Shane would make him a two time welterweight champion, a unification with Pac would likely setup the lineal champion for welterweight, which if mayweather won, would make him a two time welterweight linear champion, at which point...you literally couldnt say anything anymore about him ducking anyone.

Infact, this mosley fight honestly erases any issues with that. Mosley is the best and most durable welterweight and is a worse matchup for floyd than pacquiao.

Im being serious, if mayweather were to become a two time welterweight linear champion and return to his number 1 spot, this would eclipse Pacquiaos resume in my opinion. Especially mayweather taking on, Marquez who was number two, Mosley who is number 3 and Pacquiao who is number 1. That would be unprecedented.

That same effect can be attributed towards pacquiao as well, this is why its important for pacquiao to win against Clottey, because if he doesnt, Mayweather becomes the defacto number 1, with mosley possibly jumping to the number two spot.

Pacquiao seriously cannot lose March 13th, he has alot more to lose than mayweather, because Mosley is already on his level, Clottey is not.

I will disagree to an extent. I honestly feel that Pac would be more of challenge than Mosley now simply because the Marg fight is overrated to a certain extent. I give props to Shane but cannot help but think he is getting his way with an opponent who stands in front of him. His speed and reflexes will be tested in Mayweather. If we take just the Mayorga fight as basis, this will not look good for Shane. If we take ****m into the equation, I think he specializes in punchers and slugger types of boxers. I'm not sure yet if he can formulate a gameplan for boxers . If you can provide examples for this, please do so, I simply do not know much about Naz except the Bhop-Pav fight. If Naz can make Shane realize that he can not lean so much on his athleticism, that would be great.

I will wait until Mosley could show that he is still elite. This is purely my opinion. Say 2 to 3 fights from now and he is still wining quality fights, I will have Pbf(assuming he wins over mosley) resume over pac.

I know but my point is that this is a fantasy fight that will never happen so there's no point in arguing who would win. Ali lost against marciano in a computer generated match but it wasn't even a real match, it was a result of man's imagination. Anybody can argue that Duran would win and vice versa but the point is we would never know unless it actually takes place.
