I have always said and always will say: "If a fighter is undefeated, they simply did not try hard enough"

That applies to everyone. No Exceptions.

Stevie Wonder can see that, but the thing that I respect about dude, is that he lets it be known that he is the biggest Floyd hater on the Scene.

So after after beating both Manny and Shane this year, he still isn't trying hard enough Dean?

If he does that fair enough as that will very much earn my respect back. Coach though you should know there are other intangibles that can play into destiny. No fighter is unbeatable. Humans are fallible and JLC already actually pulled one off against Floyd according to many, but just was not credited for it.

Shane I feel is over the hill. Manny may be too small for him, but they are the best opposition we can offer Floyd right now. That is good enough for me though and will satisfy me that he is the best of his generation if he pulls it off. If Floyd fought back in the 80's with Leonard, Hearns, Curry etc, I highly doubt he would still carry that 0. There is always someone out there, that will always have your number.

That is what I mean by the not trying hard enough aspect.

I see what you are saying Dean. I believe anyone is beatable in their respective sport. I do know this. I just personally don't think that Shane or Manny will beat him when they fight this year, just my opinion though.

Any fool can lose, Donttasemebrah. I can lace you up with gloves and send you in the ring with Buster Douglas, and youd probably get your ass kicked just like Mike Tyson did. That tells me nothing.

But it takes a true warrior to go undefeated...

The Difference between a warrior and a quitter:

                Champ ******* out from pain

                Mayweather's the storm

Everyone has their bad nights, including Mayweather. The difference between Floyd and other fighters is that Floyd doesnt panic or quit on his stool when he gets in trouble, he improvises and guts it out!

Marciano was the same way... Rocky was legitimately knocked down by Joe Walcott and severely beaten another time but he kept on fighting and got the W.

Joe Calzaghe was knocked down by the best Middleweight in the world in the 1st round! Most mortals wouldve simply given up at that point, but Joe came back and dominated BHOP for the rest of the fight. That is true Greatness.

It takes more courage to WIN every night. Any fool can lose.

I favor Floyd fairly heavily against Shane due to Shanes old legs and slightly against Manny. There are so many intangibles. All three of them have the potential of showing up old in their next fight, including Floyd. I will not rate any of them top 10 ATG's until well after their careers are over and all the dust has settled. Then you can sit back and reflect, see how they as well as their opponents rebounded from a loss and then see where they stand.

As a fan I just want to see them all fight. I have been critical of Floyd only because of his sidestepping some risky fights in the past. He now has an opportunity to correct that. I hope he comes though.

I disagree. So Julio Cesar chavez jr. is a true warrior? Zsolt erdai too?

That post tells me nothing. not only am i not a professional boxer, im not a professional boxer who claims to be G.O.A.T because im undefeated, i dont claim that "god" doesnt want me to lose, & that there is no blue print to beat me.

But we know who does tho.

It takes more courage to fight the best. If he's so courageous how come he has a universal reputation of being a ducker & cherry picker?
