I agree with Oscar that Margorito should be banned for life, but also on that note Shane Mosley should be banned for life for his use of peds. Their shouldn't be any double standards and it shouldn't matter if its loaded gloves or steroids.

It's unlikely you will cause brain damage to your opponent using steroids.
