Mayweather-Chavez @130, underrated gem inside

Just finished watching. Good fight IMO. Chavez did some work but gets countered all the time, he wasted his energy coz he's not landing at a high percentage and he just gassed up.Very underated fight against a very good opponent. IMO really one of the finest all around performances in his career... he fought with him at close quarters... tired him out in the middle rounds by boxing him and turns the heat up in the final rounds of the bout. May also shows a solid chin in this one.
Chavez would go on after this fight and become a 2 division champion. He also had a very competive fight with Erik Morales but lost a decision. He was also the guy who beat Leavander Johnson (R.I.P.) in his last fight.Comment

I'll just tell you this once. My posting style is my posting style. If you don't like the tone of my posts, you can simply add me to your ignore list (http://www.boxingscene.com/forums/pr...?do=ignorelist), and you will no longer see any of my posts.Dude, I asked you already yesterday... why are you always so hateful towards ppl...
The 130 Floyd we will never see again... but that doesn't mean he ain't good anymore or something... he is still doing his thing no question about it... but the 130 Floyd is gone... which is understandable he fights now 4 weight classes over that...
Don't be so rude all the time dude... just chill... re-enjoy the fightComment

I guess it is because mostly if somebody starts a fantasy match up you always think of your fighter as he was the best... but I always said that matches like Floyd-Leonard or Floyd-Robinson are simply unfair... because welter is their ideal weight and Floyd started at 130... so you have to compare him against other 130 pounders...Yes I think moving up in weight has taken a toll on a guy who wasn't all that powerful to begin with. Mix that with his brittle hands and he's just not that same guy which is why I think it's funny when people use Floyd and destroy in the same sentence to describe future and fantasy fight outcomes.
JuanMa is a good fighter... lots of ppl are down on him after Mtagwa... but it is good for a young fighter to go through this... until then he could swing and beat opponents simply by power... if he learned the right things out of this he can still become a great boxer IMO. I was impressed with the Luevano fight. Dude is not a hard hitter but a good boxer... JuanMa decided to take it to him which was why he got hit a few times... but wasn't as recklessly as against Mtagwa... and stopped him... I was impressed from what I've seen.Comment

But was the reason for it... I mean I can understand if you react to some posters here like that because they are really beyond ****** and act like kids... but why do you do it with guys who argue reasonable??? It doesn't make you any better...I'll just tell you this once. My posting style is my posting style. If you don't like the tone of my posts, you can simply add me to your ignore list (http://www.boxingscene.com/forums/pr...?do=ignorelist), and you will no longer see any of my posts.
Why should I ignore you... I don't do that... but the forum has really become low in the last few months so if I see a guy who seems to like a guy that I like too I try to talk to him... to get him right... there is no need to act like that dude...
You never been disrespectful or something to me... I have no personally problem with you and you make good points here and there it's just said that you do it in such a negative wayComment

Casamayor was a good fighter... I heard Floyd in interviews many times saying he wanted to fight Casa... but it never materialised... would have been something for the boxing puristsComment
