And? He is allowed to call in for tests, if he suspects that Pacquiao is on roids. Manny did accept the test as a whole, but wouldn't even accept 14 days without testing. So Manny Pacquiao is the reason this fight didn't happen.

Nothing else need be said but pacquiao was lucky to get 50-50 deal when mayweather doubled him in ppv buys against the same opponent. (1.1 million vs. .5 million) the testing is the reason why mayweather agreed to even money.

As for the matter at hand, they both deserve some blame for the situation but I don't fualt Floyd for asking for the tests because he is the one fighting so he deserves to know the man he is fighting is clean but the way it got handled in the press was pretty bad from their side so I blame Mayweather's side for that. Still Manny should have jsut taken the testss and none of this would have happeaned so to me he is to blame.

He has every right to ask does not really matter why he thinks that. I also didn't say he was guilty, if he is clean he should take the test pride and hubris are terrible excuses.
