Compare that to Lopez, whose athleticism is mediocre.

Is it me or are some people on this site continuing to get duller and duller? TS is comparing their athleticism not their careers.

I'm glad someone else pointed that out. I was itching to, but decided against it. I just sat here shaking my head, thinking: "What's the point in replying? If you're not getting it, you're not GOING TO get it."

Anyway, Gamboa's athleticism is apparent to anyone who watches sports. Athleticism is characterized, among other things, by body control, coordination and fluidity of movement. Not all great fighters are superbly athletic, and not all athletic persons can be great fighters. But all things being equal, athleticism is a definite advantage.
