When it comes to Allan Green and his career then I don't trust anything coming out of G. Leon's mouth. Green works with Leon....and Leon is his ****ing ADVISOR.
Anyway there's gotta be more to this story. I have to wait and see what Bika himself has to say about all this.Comment

Bute is the perfect guy to take that spot. It's just a damn shame that he's with HBO now and the Super Six is a Showtime thing.Comment

Bute would be dumb to join. He has a lot going for himself, he can draw 20K fans to fight anybody in Canada.
To enter the Super 6 now would be foolish as he would be at a disadvantage having 0 points going into the 2nd round against the best fighter in the tourney.
No manager worth a **** would even consider putting him in now.Comment

well i kno he pulled out late against bute to fight on espn in feb 08 and ended up pulling outta that too ... thats why bute ended up fighting joppy, he was a late replacment.
green has power but has a real entitled ****y attitude for a guy who never fought anyone ... green looked pretty ****ty and strugled against simms i am expecting ward to thoroughly outbox green. but at least green has a good punchers chance.Last edited by -Boxzilla-; 01-22-2010, 09:44 PM.Comment

Tuning into Boxingscene seems to require tactics now, because few of the top 5 articles seem to be anything more than speculation lacking back up to me.
Bat's absolutely right, it's like a soap opera gone all wrong.
Write something informative, factual, historic, or admit it's a rumour at least.
Honestly.Comment
