Comments Thread For: Ward vs. Green is Likely After Bika Fight Falls Apart

BoxingScene.com was advised that Allan Green vs. Sakio Bika, scheduled for February 5 on Showtime, has fallen apart. I reported on Thursday that Green-Bika was in serious trouble due to issues on the Bika end. Green-Bika was going to be a Super Six eliminator, with the winner facing WBA super middleweight champion Andre Ward on April 17. Now is appears that Green will replace the withdrawing Jermain Taylor by challenging Ward on the April date. The main event will have WBC champion Carl Froch defending his title against Mikkel Kessler.

So Reeno says it's a problem in Bikas end. How does Reeno know that? What's the problem? How can Reeon conclude that without saying anything more?

It seems like there's very little (meaning no) evidence shown that support the conclusion drawn by Mr. Reeno. He needs to shed some more light.

Why would ika miss the big break he has been waiting for??? Fishy.

Well G. Leon said the same thing... why are you so upset with the news though? Do you not believe that it could be Bika fault? Or do you think there is a conspiracy theory against Bika?

I'm only upset because the news doesn't appear wellfounded. Boxingscene is normally better than that. We need an explanation why Bika would miss out on this big chance he has been waiting for for God knows how long.
