So doubling connect % and landing more than twice the amount of jabs isn't schooling? I had the fight 8 rounds to 4. The first time I watched it I had it 7 rounds to 5 but watched it over and over to really see what was landing, what was blocked, what was dodged, how CLEANLY, ring generalship, angling, etc. and came out with 8 to 4 for Mayweather.
You can't name many fighters who have doubled their connect % to top contenders. What that statistic means is that he landed almost at will. Most of Castillo's punches that were counted or landed were barrages whenever he had him in the ropes. Are you going to count petty half-blocked flurries against the ropes more than meaningful, clean, flush punches landed to the face?
Your hatred is making you biased and clouding you heavily.
You're not going to call it schooling because he didn't look as good or do as good in that 2nd fight with Castillo as he normally does with other opponents. That just goes to show how good he is as a tactician: When people start comparing how good you did in your other wins to today's win.
