I doubt this since Mosely was begging for the Pac fight last year even willing to do a 70-30 split and fighting at 140...

What so if Boxrec doesn't have it on then it wont happen? Come on now, I am not saying it will or wont but thats a rubbish reason.

Boxrec would list a fighter's tentative next fight even if it hasnt been finalized yet. If ever it changes, boxrec would also change. In this case, neither fighter in boxrec has a future fight listed.

Mayweather insists on olympic style testing. Mosley agrees to it.

A May 1 date seems to be reserved for the fight. So its not the date.

Las Vegas is the only option for Mayweather, and MGM Grand seems to be the top choice, so its not the place.

Mosley would be willing to receive a lower share just to fight Mayweather. But how low? Could this be one of the issues?

Guaranteed Purse demand of Mayweather. Considering it is not going to be anywhere near a fight with Pacquiao, demanding a too big guaranteed amount may be another cause.

I don't see anything else except MONEY that could be holding back this fight from becoming a reality.
