Delaying and pretending tactics as usual by Floyd. In the end fight won't happen. They will just delay the negotiations until they can find a way to get out.

No, Mosley is with GBP and Money is with Mayweather Promotions. Mayweather has his own people negotiating his fights, but uses GBP because Mayweather Promotions is not a licensed promotion company. Mayweather pays them a few to use their services. GBP does not get 25% of Floyd's money.

friday was supposed to be the day for the announcement. Friday has come and gone. So where is it? Where is the Mayweather-Mosley fight, signed and delivered?

They still negotiating.Some negotiating take longer then others Cotto/Marcheato was not signed overnight,Roidquiao/Hatton was not signed over night.They could be signed for all we know but just did not announce it yet.
