So Pacquiao is hiding something after all. I mean wouldnt a few drops do. And if ur clean and u know it , and u want to secure ur legacy after so many claims and accusations why wouldnt you do it.

    Pros
    1. First Person to beat Mayweather(assuming he beats him)
2.The amount of money is ridiculous.(not even all the posters on this site together in a lifetime will prob make the amount he would have made)
    3.YOU BEAT MAYWEATHER
4.YOU ****ING BEAT MAYWEATHER(AGAIN ASSUMING HE BEATS HIM)
    5. YOU SHUT ALL UR CRITICS
    ..........................ETC ETC ETC. SO MANY

I have to admit , after feeling disrespected by Mayweather for a few years of him cherry picking , pretty much disrespecting so many boxing fans , knowing he was going to accept to fight PACQUIAO (the god at this point of time in boxing) is pretty impressive. That says a lot about one fighter , and a lot about another. Is not like Freddie and Pac havent had their share of demands for specific fights. Common who do they think they bull****tin

Is there any part of that interview that says that testing/drawing blood immediately after a fight is just as good as taking it 13-12-11-etc days before fight randomly?

Someone awhile ago posted that Phelps would get tested/draw blood after every racehe would win. That's exactly what Pac is willing to do, draw blood after the fight. That's just as good, right?

I am not an expert, but from what I read the problem can be in the use of PEDs during training as opposed to the fight itself. However, in the case of those PEDs such as HGH which are detected by blood, there is a longer window to clearing those out of your system.

Sounds to me like this guy wasn't terribly concerned with a 24 day cutoff so long as their was legit testing up until that point.
Yes, he' saying no difference even if 24-day cut-off, as long as there is random testing and comprehensive testing before that. Did Pac agreed to that?

The effects of performance enhancing drugs arent something that leave ur body in hours , maybe the traits of the drug will leave but not the effects. Drawing blood after the fight can mean , he could have been clean for a 1 day or 2 or 3 or 4. Thats why Mayweather was ok with the 14 day , cuz anytime before that , pacquiao would have been training without drugs and the random testing would have proven it. But u can use the drugs , see the results , feel the results , show the results , by the time ur using it , and prob a bit less than a month after ur using it , results will still be there. U can pass that drug test with the right stuff in a matter of days. Its not just taking the drug. Its getting the drug to work to its full potential. And the way to achieve that is by training on the drug. Lets assume Pacquiao was taking the drugs. If he would have accepted to the 14 day test. He would have not gotten the time to train and to reach peak conditioning on the drug. Thats why for me hes hiding something. I dont know much but my brother in law takes all that **** and he is on it. He tells me that just for weightlifting , he injects himself one time a week. and that keeps him on track in terms of gaining strength. So if u cant train on the drug u cant get results.

According to the interview, 24 days isn't really an issue either.
