    Yeah, although I'm not sure it was random before the 24 or just 3 scheduled blood tests at that point in the negotiations.

        I have no idea what the proposition was man, I am answering based on the interview. What was the exact proposition from both sides. I know Mayweather suggested a 14 day and a 24 day , and right after the fight. but what else was there.

          floyds team insisted on the 14 day cut off pac team didnt accept so that killed it

                Ok then, now if only those uhm, athletic commissions can get to work together like to standardize the tests. That's a big IF.

                    Reading that interview tells me that Pacquiao is telling the truth, he really just thinks taking blood weakens him. Because in truth, 14 days is plenty of time if he was doping. He would have time to mask it, so if he was really doping he would have no problem with taking the 14 day test, so he isnt doping, he just didnt want Floyd telling him what to do and he didnt want blood taken that close to fight night.
