116-111 for Dirrell. Froch was outclassed. No way Froch won any of the first 5 rounds.
Was Dirrell-Froch the biggest robbery of 2009?

The thing is it doesn't matter if you are fighting ugly and holding a lot if you drastically out land your opponent and make him look like he doesn't belong in a boxing ring. Froch looked like some bum off the street.I guess holding in excess, flailing around, intentionally falling to the floor, and getting manhandled by your opponent.....all while landing more ineffective pitty pat shots than your opponent= dominant victory
It was a close fight and Dirrell didn't show enough aggression throughout to get the nod.Comment

Its months after the fight and Im still stewing with anger.
I was truly a fan of froch before this but now I have 0 respect for him.Comment

Let me ask you or anyone reading this; if Dirrell had gotten the decision would you consider the way he would have won the way you should take a title from a champion?Comment

Andre Dirrell did not win the fight against froch. He was holding, running and fought an ugly fight. Yes hes got boxing skills but he didnt use thme against froch. I think dirrell will beat abraham but dirrell defo did not beat froch. Froch will beat kesslerComment

I'd prefer a guy not win a title that way, but Froch did nothing to win that fight except lumber forward and take punches. I don't think it was a massive robbery because of the way Dirrell fought, but man did Froch get lucky. The hometown is the only way he won, anywhere else he gets points taken away for all the punches behind the head and the body slam along with getting outlanded easily.Comment

the "he didn't do enough" argument is hilarious. did he do a hell of a lot more than froch? yes. why does he have to live up to some mythical standard of throwing X number of punches or engaging X number of times. all he had to do was be better than his opponent and he was. even though it was a terrible fight he was better than froch in every way therefore he deserved to win.Comment
