I really do believe so.... I Think Arum was saying how the hell we going to pull such a World wide event in such a short period of time... Think about the whole World wants to see this... This the type of event where you need to have a World tour.... They only had 2 press tour scheduled for this event? That is not enough... This type of event you have to do a press tour in Cali, Nevada, Texas, New York, Europe...

And, Also Freddie Roach said he need it more time to prepare for Floyd if you remember. He said he need it like 10-12 weeks instead of the usual 8 weeks...

So I think they threw out the 8mil hoping the Floyd blink first it didn't happen... Then when Floyd threw out drug testing they were cool with it... But, then I think they realized it was just too soon. So then they changed there mind and said no we want a cutoff date... But, I just think they miscalculated on how bad Pac would look... I think Schafer also didn't want the fight to happen so early... I think that is why they went to the media first to get Arum to lose his nerve. And, they succeeded... And, that is how everything just blew up.

This people are smart businessman, they going to do whatever it takes to get more money... They don't give a fuck what us fans believe... All they care about is there pocket. And, now look at all the hype they got with all this. So if Floyd and Pac win later this year easy 3mil PPV buys. Easily...

But, what did surprise me with all this is how they are ******** right... Both, Pac and Floyd are not in easy fights...

"I'm honest, and a clean fighter," Pacquiao said. "I want to clear my name because I'm a very honest person. I'm very disappointed for what he accused me of. I'm clean. I'm not cheating. I'm a very honest fighter."

I believe Pacpuiao when he says he's an honest fighter. But I don't trust his fitness trainer who mixes his own brew. He just might be slipping some goober dust in the mix without Pac's knowledge. In fact I'll bet a dollar to a doughnut that's what's happening.

Of course they still want the fight ...... no matter what happened or what was said ... everybody still wants this fight to happen.

Its just you need Judges for mediation, medical experts for clarification, accountants to square the money and all other kinds of crazy **** to make it happen. And when you have CEO's and Football owners throwing their hat's in the ring to host the fight ... its just a huge undertaking.

Disappointed are we that the Pac-May fight didn't happen. I'm also a little disappointed Team Pac didn't pick a more meaningful fight for Pac.
Clottey is very very good fighter. Although, there is little to no meaning to this fight, especially after he just beat Cotto, who beat Clottey.

I'll be looking forward to the May-Mosley fight if it does happen.

or he is making it much bigger by them both having competitive WW fights in the same year before the mega fight happens.

Too much money for this fight to never happen. Unless either one of them stumbles with their next fight it should even be more profitable. But one thing is for sure is that the future is not guaranteed, that fight should had been done
