I think 3 things killed the fight (aside from the blood testing)

    1. Vegas instead of Dallas - Arum's actions as soon as Schaefer refused to go to Cowboys Stadium, and the quickness of the deal with Jones, makes me believe that Bob had an agreement with Jones to deliver a Pacquiao fight.

    2. The March 13 date. I don't think anyone involved really wanted the fight to take place so soon, but they had to work around that date because of Pacquiao's political run. Which meant...

    3. No time to negotiate. I think if they were working on fight for May, negotiations wouldn't have been cut off when they did. It was a semi-miracle they got as far as they did considering all the issues that needed to be addressed.

RockStar45 hit it right on the button this fight fell apart cuz the fight negotiations were sort of rushed bcuz of the March 13th date tryin to accommodate to Pacquiaos political run

It seems things becomes clearer this time. I agree, March 13 is just too early for the big collisions, and I think both party just wanna buy some more times to prepare for their later mega fight, hence the clandestine minutes of the 2 promoters negotiations. They don't want to spill the bean of the negotiations yet there must be settlement rescheduling thier fights! Something is true from here, just 10 days difference on the demand of ending random blood testing before the fight, Pac is for 24 days before the fight and Floyd for 14 days before the fight, and it just take one of them to agree to another and an estimated US$40 millions purse each is guaranteed to both of them!

Unbelievable!, but seem's thier disagreement of 10 days difference for this random blood test are gearing toward a sham!

Would this occur before the court case or after?

Along with those reasons mentioned .... one that seems to have been missed is Floyd's trainer problems - RODGER MAYWEATHER's legal issues could have contributed to the need for a postponement.

Manny better step up and take the test if he ever wants to be in the ring with Mayweather. This fight would be a great Christmas gift to myself because I only see this fight happening at the end of the year in December.

All part of team Pacquiao plans since the beginning of negotiation.

You can tell that Team pac didn't wanted it, since they were contemplating about a tuneup fight then fight Floyd.
