All I know is that HBO, Golden Boy, Floyd, and Shane have a great opportunity in front of them. They can do something great for the sport and we already know both guys will do blood testing which will be good for the sport. Pacquiao had the opportunity to set a higher standard for testing for PED's but he wasn't a strong enough man to do so.
