I have defended Mayweather's decisions and actions with legitimate reasons and concrete logic...and I would even be able to defend his decision to fight someone like Bradley or Malignaggi.


....but to fight this kid would be ludacris. I really do hope against hope that this is all a rumor. I would prefer for Floyd to have a charity exhibition match against Pernell Whitaker.

I google the quote and find that the only place it exists is in this article.

Which has 2 explanations:

1: The American user is transcribing this directly from what he heard on Mexican radio

2: He made up the quote to try and create a false rumour about Floyd Mayweather.

Sorry, I'm sick of writers on here using their position to create false rumour, and carry out petty attacks at fighters they don't like.
