Floyd wouldn't fight Cotto. 1) he is not Mexican and 2) he is true welterweight. I would think that Floyd would beat him in a UD but there would not be enough $ for him. Let's face it, if he is afraid to fight De La Hoya for $40mil + and Pac for $25mil+, he is sure not going to face Cotto for maybe $5mil when he can fight a Nate Campbell or Paulie for a little less than that.
