It would do good in PPV's more than 1 million for sure. And, Cotto can say that he lost to 2 fighters with questionable circumstances.
clottey would destroy malignaggi you cant be serious

This fight made sense up until the Pacquiao loss. Fighting Cotto doesn't make sense for either. Cotto needs to take a break and take a bounce back fight.

Yes it would of been nice for PBF vs Cotto in 2007 or 2008.

But for people it wouldn't look good for Floyd to fight him now but Pacquiao fought Hatton, De La Hoya and other fighters that got beat before his fight and nobody give him shyt about it.

              Not really.

Malignaggi would box circles around him.

I think that right now were we speaking... this wouldn't be a good... because if you take on a fighter that was convincingly beat in his last fight (and took a good beating) it doesn't make for an interesting fight in most ppl's opinion.

Let Cotto get back and have a decent win or two (if he still fights at WW) and we will see... but what's the use of it now... you don't know what he has left... the death of his father (never know what kind of impact it has on you) and if gets in there now with Mayweather who is as fast as Pacquiao... I think it is all wrong for him now...

I always respected Cotto and liked him and I don't want to see him get beat around the ring once more... and if he is lacking confidence, doesn't have anything anymore Mayweather can do that... if the two ever fight I want to have an image of Cotto that he still is a good fighter and a beast... he has to bring back that picture first for me personally... and it is pretty hard after the two beating he took... it wasn't one round ko's... they were beatdowns for 11 and 12 rounds... that sticks with you

Compare Clottey's best win to Cotto's best win.

Judah is Clottey's best win Technical Decision in the 9.
Cotto vs Judah. TKO in the 11. and I'm not even saying that Judah is Cotto's best win

and as a floyd fan, i dont want to see it.

i only want to see floyd fighting real opponent like he as been, unlike pac

so floyd schooling mosley and whipping on pac is all i care to see
