Team Floyd were the ones who wanted to get the fight done. Bob Arum tried everything to got out of the fight, and he succeeded. Team Floyd didn't gave up, they were only trying to fight Manny, and him only. They didn't had any backup plans to fight anyone else, they weren't contemplating about any other opponents. Yes, everything was finalized, but the Blood issue wasn't an issue from the beginning, when Manny "talk to my promoters" Pacquiao and his camp said that they would only needed at least 5 days to recovered from the blood test.

So where's your proof? Manny not agreeing to the blood test with only 14 days cut off is your proof. Get your facts straight, Manny did not deny the drug test, he compromised and agreed to a blood test in his own terms. Whether you agree to it or not is another issue, but don't spin it like all you *****s have and say that Manny completely did not agree to any drug test.
