This is exactly what you posted, look at the bolded statement. He didn't deny the drug testing, but he did deny the random blood testing up to the day before the fight. That's completely different from saying that Manny completely denied the drug testing. Try to comprehend what comes out of your mouth.

Pacfarts, the truth is, Manny "Talk to my promoters" Pacquiao and his camp didn't wanted to fight Floyd in the first place. Bob, Roach, ect gave their hints that they would rather fight Floyd in September.

If you regard su****ious actions as in fighting dangerous fighters and attacking them instead of running away for 12 rounds,then I guess Manny is guilty,however,if you mean su****ious as in telling Floyd and his crackhead pop and womanbeater trainer to go f.uck themselves,then you are being a ****nose.

however it is su****ious when they say 3-5 days is ok and then reject 14 days for a drug testing both fighters would go through and get $40 million dollars.
