Anyways, under certain medical conditions and injuries, steroids are perfectly legal as well. Just saying.
Why would your bring steroids up in a thread that is exposing the lies of *******s? the irony...

i just replied why there was a difference between a painkiller and a steroid in boxing...floyd has had broken hands in the past and that is a medical condition, still waiting for a link that says it is banned in 49 states....

*******s have been exposed once again. Most of their links for the 49 states bull**** were pinoy forums, wikipedia or pacland.

Like I said, I compared the legality of certain drugs under specified medical conditions.

I brought steroids up because isn't that the topic of the year with boxing?
          Plus with your original post:

"• c. only when medically justified .W here the rules of the governing body so provide, notification of administration may be necessary"

First thing that comes to mind, where a normally illegal substance can be used under certain medical conditions is steroids.

Not in a physical sport like boxing did you read the sources? those were the rules for Local Anaesthetics such as Licodaine, mepivacaine, procaine only.

can you answer under which medical conditions can steroids be used in boxing?

A painkiller can be used as a medical condition as pointed out by WADA and USADA...a painkiller doesn't increase your stamina, make you stronger, work harder....
