of course the bar is higher not because of level of greatness but because of skill. this leads me back to my original post. floyd is more skilled and technically sound than pac. that's nothing new. so why is he fighting smaller guys or less than stellar folks ( at least in the WW division?)

Pac has 7 division titles, floyd has 5

pac has 4 lineal titles, floyd has 3.

    pac ATG> pbf.

He fought A smaller guy who happened to be the #2 P4P fighter in the sport. Now when you can show me a list of smaller opponents Floyd has feasted on I'll agree with you.

btw, if you think Hatton is smaller I'd have to disagree

Also, I'm a boxing fan and Mayweather-Pac is the fight that matters to me, I can give a **** ....tail, about Pac-Clottey and I particularly dislike all the lies that came from Arum and the Pacquiao camp throughout negotiations. Floyd hasn't said anything but Team Pacquiao are like chickens with their heads cut off. Also, how the hell you looking for another fighter while Mayweather still trying to make a fight???? This guy goes from we going with Paulie, to Foreman, to Clottey in the span of a few days. You dont do no sh-t like that. Arum killed the fight and you cats need to stop Blaming Floyd.
yes, i'm pretty sure you were just disappointed with the blood test, you were a pac fan before that, and half of your family is pinoy.

I'm not going to say I'm not a Pac fan, I enjoy his fights, but I'm not going to say he's better or more accomplished than Mayweather. The deal is, if his fans want to say he's better than Floyd then fight Floyd then. Compromise on negotiations and prove it in the ring. Which is what he should of done rather than running to Dallas.

If Floyd moved up in weight and fought a dehydrated, weight drained and never won a big fight De La Hoya, he would be criticized for handpicking a faded opponent.

If Floyd went to 140 and fought IBO Champion Ricky Hatton who had been previously knocked silly into a turnbuckle he'd be criticized as picking the weakest challenge at the weight. Avoiding Tim Bradley, Devon Alexander would not be taken to kindly by the masses.

If Floyd went to welterweight and forced a Post Margarito and post Clottey Miguel Cotto to drain to a 145 Catchweight he would be considered a Fraud and a fake welterweight champion.

If Floyd had 2 close fights with a Mexican warrior like Marquez he would not be let off the hook till he fought him a 3rd time and won clearly. Some would even say he's not undefeated cause he got a gift decision against a Mexican Warrior. like a Castillo perhaps

So simply put, if Floyd followed Pacquaio's route to greatness, he would be considered the biggest Fraud in Boxing. His haters would even come up with names for him like Fraud Gayweather or *****..

really, stop crying...floyd is a punchline...get used to it
