Mayweather came from 106 at age 16 all the way up to Junior Middleweight. Oscar didn't ask for blood testing.

Oscar tested positive for a banned substance in a previous bout. Mayweather didn't ask for blood testing.

There was no post fight blood test, no blood test a month out, no blood test at the kickoff presscon. On the other hand, Pac agreed to all three. He was being more than generous.
that was Ricardo Mayorga that tested positive not Oscar

anyways I don't claim to be an expert on the subject but drug testing in sports has been around in cycling and footbal(soccer) since like the 1960s
You will be surprised to know that testing for steroids didn't start in boxing until 2002.

Nah, Fraud jr is known to avoid top opponents. PAC is P4P king so by all means, Fraud had to kill the fight

I don't see in those articles where it says anything about blood testing for PEDs or a schedule for blood testing. Help a brotha out?
"In the future, Sauerland wants to squeeze his boxers, the same program, which applies to Olympic athletes."

from the summer abraham now has to go through oylimpic style tests for every fight put into his program.

nice to see you using the links i gave you Agentsmith.

also i believe tyson made Holyfield go through random testing because he was sure he was doping. he did ans passed.

Pac would not be the only one to ever do this.

So it was Mayweather's promoter who called the fight off two or three times? It was Mayweather and his team who offered a litany of silly excuses for why they won't agree to the fight? It was Mayweather and his team that lied about what was said in the meetings with the mediator? It was Mayweather and his team who were looking for somebody else to fight before the superfight was officially dead?

Maybe cause Floyd has seen ODLH fight a million times and does not suspect he is on Roids, Sr. trained Oscar and thats all the advantage lil Floyd needs, maybe Pac simply looks like a PED user to them

If Oscar suspected Floyd of something I'm sure he could of asked for more stringent methods.
Oscar never tested positive for any banned substance.
Floyd wanted random testing, not testing on fixed dates..

Fight was on its way to be official, until Floyd decided he is bigger than boxing and demanded a change in drug testing
