This was obviously a ducking strategy by the gayweathers.

Unfortunately for him, it became very clear to boxing fans that he was just pretending to want the fight to happen

Drug testing didn't exist back when those fights took place.

In which fights did Abraham take blood test to check for steroids, and what was the sampling schedule?

I don't see in those articles where it says anything about blood testing for PEDs or a schedule for blood testing. Help a brotha out?

Exactly right, the biggest, richest fight deserved the biggest, best testing available. No doubt about it.

he just asked for a fight of this magnitude

anyways I don't claim to be an expert on the subject but drug testing in sports has been around in cycling and footbal(soccer) since like the 1960s

                    Can you name one?
Why can't there be a first? Seems like no one has been suspected as strongly as Pac. Also, Mayweather obviously is taking Pac as a very serious threat and because he takes such pride in his undefeated record, why can't he take extra steps to ensure he will not be cheated out of it? Mayweather was the one in the end that gave up nearly two weeks to Pac, from one day to 14 days. Pac only gave up 6 days, from 30 to 24 days. 14 days was more than enough for Pac to recover, even his own trainer said it takes him 4 days to fully recover from a blood test. Yeah we can spell this ***** out to you guys over and over but until you stop looking for someone besides Pac to blame, you are not going to see the reality of the situation. Mayweather gave Pac 2 WEEKS and that little ***er still said no. Hey, can't say he didn't try.

How about The World Awaits? Prior to that fight it was the most anticipated and hyped fight in years.

Mayweather came from 106 at age 16 all the way up to Junior Middleweight. Oscar didn't ask for blood testing.

Oscar tested positive for a banned substance in a previous bout. Mayweather didn't ask for blood testing.

There was no post fight blood test, no blood test a month out, no blood test at the kickoff presscon. On the other hand, Pac agreed to all three. He was being more than generous.
