Not yet. Teiken just announced that Hasegawa will be defending his title in April.
Also, I disagree that they are just names. There are some good, quality fighters on that list.
Also, I prefer Jro's list to yours. No offense.

yeh same but this division will overtake welter weight soon i reckon
