But, he looked good... He blew him out of there quick... He dominated from teh get go... Showed good footwork, nice power, good speed, It finished quick though I wish it would of went more rounds. So I could get a better look...
That's good too hear. I think he's a pretty good prospect and the fact that he's fighting in both Japan and Mexico is a good thing IMO. He's pretty big weight for the weight too. He'll be one to look out for in the next couple of years.

Oh yeah, you might wanna add Penalosa. He's fighting Morel in a WBO eliminator is February.

I suppose so. On boxrec, it says WBO title eliminator.

But as we know, Montiel shouldn't really be champ.

I know he has been a disappointment since moving up to 118. I think it was against Valdez the fight he should of clearly lost right? That was horrible...

Yeah, it was against Valdez. That's why I would rate him in the lower top 10.

It definietly has the potential to be, but it sadly isn't because the match ups that are needed to be made won't happen. Hasegawa fights the best competition out of everyone, but he won't ever unify with the WBO or the IBF title holders because japan doesn't recognize those belts.

The talent though is there. Hasegawa vs Moreno could be made, which is probably the best fight in the division.

I think you can make a case for 168, 140, and even 147, but I think 126 is a bit overrated and 135 isn't really that close.

Different strokes for different folks I guess.

135 is a pretty terrible division outside of Marquez, Valero, and Funeka. Marquez doesn't really seem keen on sticking around either.

You know that Kameda and Hasawaga would've tore Juan Ma's ass out the frame if Juan Ma would've stuck around at 122.
