& If people truely think that's the same man that stepped in the ring against Pac, they must be crazy. I understand that the activity of Pac was tough for DLH to handle, and PBF didn't use the straight right as well and often as Pac, but DLH was unable to throw anything when he fought Pac, when he fought PBF he was just missing his jab.
Rewatched DLH/PBF last night...

Of course it wasn't the same.
He didn't have a game plan from Roach against Pacquiao.
All he had was Nacho's "Imitate Marquez" game plan.
DLH can't imitate Marquez for ****. 2 different styles.Comment

gameplan had nothing to do with, he wasn't able to let go of anything meaningful against Pac. besides the only advice Roach gave him was "use the jab" and "double up the jab".
I'm not trying to discredit Pac, and like I said I know Pac's workrate made a difference but it looked like 2 completely different fighter in there.Comment

Yeah I think DLH shot himself in the foot in that repsect cause i think he could have gone down in weight the right way and still been at around 150+ on fight night. Still I think whatever DLH had left inside was gone by the time he fought Pac.Comment

Sure DLH wasn't as quick as he used to be but it's like night and day watching his game plan in the Floyd and Pac fights.
In the Floyd fight, Roach's gameplan was to have an aggressive DLH make it a rough fight and make Floyd break out of his shell. DLH did for the most part in the early rounds and started gassing out when he started wasting punches. Floyd easily took over after that.
In the Pac fight, Nacho's gameplan was to turn DLH into a Marquez and have DLH wait patiently for a Pacquiao mistake and counter him with a big left hook. You can tell that they were confident DLH could end it with one punch. It's too bad that DLH fights nothing like Marquez. Pac never gave DLH a chance to think and kept hammering him with left and rights
It's as clear as crystal if you watch for it man.Comment

I would have to disagree, cause Marquez isn't a patiently wait kind of counterpuncher, he counterpunches in exchanges. DLH never got in an exchange with Pac, and IMHO it wasn't cause of the gameplan. He just wasn't the same fighter. Mayweather's speed was much better then DLH but DLH would force the exchange, he just seemed helpless against Pac. I understand that there were differences in gameplan but to look that bad had to be something else. You couldn't see the difference in game plans?
