Eveything with him is "he would" or arguably, i would like to see him actually do it.

I would favor him over any WW, and I see him beating Pavlik. A fight with Martinez would go either way.

I heard you on the show and you seem reasonable, laid back and a decent guy. No PW fans have layed out for me some actual insight into why or what they think will enable PW to beat Pavlik.

What do you see him having that is enough to get the job done?

Exactly! It's real easy to be the most avoided fighter when eveyone in your weight class is almost alwas 4-6 in shorter and you almost always have 4-6 in reach advantage.

Burner is my man but I always disagree with stuff like that. 1st of off he has the size to not fear anyone. Size wise who should he fear? 2nd, he's not a money maker so you know he's going to want to fight anyone who brings any kind of money. 3rd, he's good but he's not on top so he's not in any position to do anything but take any fight.

I always use to tell people that there are bums with 10 losses in boxing who will also fight anyone but what does that really mean? You have guys right now calling Floyd out that youve never even heard of. Emanual Augustus would fight Williams, Floyd, and Pac on the same damn night but what does it really mean? Different guys are in different positions and then that changes things totally.

You saw that Margarito would fight anyone until he got on top and then he wasnt going to rematch Williams until he got the other big money fights 1st. A guy like Margarito you would think would super quickly want to avenge his loss and he wouldve done that all day before he got big but once he was on top then that changed. Thats how that **** works. On the flip side you saw how little Floyd went hard for years after an Oscar fight. You telling me that Floyd wouldnt have went that hard after Margarito & Cotto if they brought the big bucks and Floyd wasnt a star at that time?

If you're only talking about fans who follow boxing message boards, then absolutely. I really admire Williams' work ethic and willingness to fight anyone. His trainer, promoter, and many of his fans are really annoying though.

I had Williams beating martinez. At 147 I think he would wak down and decimate Cotto. Shut out Clottey. He already beat margarito, and I see him beating down Pacquaio due to size, reach and output. I also see him smothering Floyd. At 154 martinez and williams would be a 50-50 fight.
