The compromise was that Pacquiao agreed to three blood testing in the first place. Blood tests are not mandated by the NSAC. Floyd wanted unlimited drug testing up until the day of the fight.

I agree that the 14 days should not have been a deterrent to making the fight and Pacquiao should get blame for not taking those terms because ultimately, quabbling over 24 and 14 days is silly. But saying that 14 days was a compromise is moving the goal posts. In an all or nothing negotiation, Pacquiao was the one who actually made the concession.

Pac wanted a clear cutoff, and unless you're advocating
blood testing in the middle of the third round, there HAS
to be a cutoff sometime. Prior to that cutoff, it's random.

              2501's right on this one.
Pac had already agreed to Floyd's random blood testing,
including one IMMEDIATELY postfight. However your Floyd
wouldn't agree to Team Pac's 24-day cutoff, so no fight.
You can spin it two ways.... Pac didnt agree to Floyds 14 days.

Which in a Bscene poll 84% agreed was fair.. including Mak and Chups themselves.

Mayweather team knows that Pac weaken physically and mentally in 14 days still advantages to Floyd because in big fight 14 to 7 days before the fight is a very important days in training. You can ask any Trainor they will say this is the time they can say if their fighter is 100% ready, if Pac will have the test then he will be weak for few days and cant recover well in a week before the fight. A very sure advantage to Floyd. At Pac situation he cant gamble it, As he cant lose any fight this time.

First he could accept it in 14 days for the Big money win or loss but he has another fight that important to him, if he loss the fight with Floyd on March 13 it will fire back to his Cogressional Battle in Philippines it might another congressional knockout but if he win It will be a sure advantage he will be called Congressman Manny Paquiao in his next fight thereafter thats why it is his wise decision not to do the test coz it is a big threat for him. Floyd on the other hand after Pac Demolished Hatton and Cotto, saw the big threat, He might cant handle Mannys Speed, and cant depend all storm punch. Watching Mannys taking Cotto punch is the massage to Floyd that he could handle his punch. The roids accusation is merely a mind game that end up court battle soon and partly jealousy on watching Pac awesome power and speed. Manny was knockout twice before he fight in USA, Reviewing those fight Mannys is more Dangerous attacker than this time, but On Freddies hand Manny learned is not only your attack will win the fight but the depends as well and not being hit makes him a complete fighter and no wonder why he is in this stage now. A young fighter before who dont mind being hit as long as he could do his attack is now a fully grown man and a perfect fighter. Reason why he was knockout is purely because he careless enough to face the danger of every opponent. His hard works and skills
is on him not roids. Perhaps Floyd Sr is blind to face the reality.
2nd is Pac is holding a record now highest than any boxer and holding as P4P no 1. He has the ego and he could not easily told to do so especially if thats from opponents demand.

3rd and so on will be yours to say if you have a fair analysis to them.

This is why *******s are ****ing mongrel idiots. Floyd would have taken the same tests you clownshoe.

you're dealing with a massive ego in PAC as well...and for him to even bend to the initial demands was already his compromise...changing things up after things got set, cost PBF the fight
exactly.. you dont come to my house and tell me how to live!
you don't come to my sport and tell me how to play.
like it or not, Pacquiao is on top in boxing and if you want to fight him.. you gotta play by his rules.
