Regardless of the facts I listed above, Floyd wanted blood testing done which is OUTSIDE of what the NSAC constitutes. The same NSAC that has regulated most of Mayweather's MAJOR bouts which he had NO problem with. This is what you call a COMPROMISE.

Why should Pacquiao submit COMPLETELY to the demand of Floyd Mayweather? He met him the middle and it is Floyd Mayweather Jr. who declined.

All Floyd had to do was agree and we had a fight.

You want to bring up the over the weight fines the Pacquiao camp request? Floyd purposely came over weight against Marquez. Pacquiao has never tested positive for PEDS.

Neither did Shane Mosleys.. did that mean they shouldn't have?

Floyd backed off to 2 weeks.

Thats what I call a compromise.

Apparently Pac needs 24 days to heal from a blood test.

        Not Floyds fault.
Pac has already been through blood tests in the Morales fight. It didn't go well.. therefor he doesn't want to go through it again.
Again, why else.. other then Floyd being afraid to get beat would he ask for a blood test?

So the middle of no testing and Floyd's testing is 14 day?!? Fact of the matter is even the 30 days is compromising because none of the testing was manditory.

You said if they offered 14 days...then Pacs a duck.

Well they did...and Arum never told Pac until after the fight was cancelled.

ARUM said that out his own mouth...that Manny said no when he told him.

                Dont back pedal now homie.
Come on.............14 days was offered to the media not in the negotiation table. How can you deal biznis with that kind of person?

the 24days was the acceptable compromise from both camps' representatives during the mediation. floyd threw out the 14days after it was over, to save face.
