When it comes down to it, Pacquiao agreed to the EXTRA testing Floyd requested

-Pacquiao has NEVER tested for PEDS
-There has NEVER been any actual evidence that Pacquiao has used PEDS
-NONE of Floyd's previous opponents had EVER been asked to go through ADDITIONAL testing

Regardless of the facts I listed above, Floyd wanted blood testing done which is OUTSIDE of what the NSAC constitutes. The same NSAC that has regulated most of Mayweather's MAJOR bouts which he had NO problem with. This is what you call a COMPROMISE.

Why should Pacquiao submit COMPLETELY to the demand of Floyd Mayweather? He met him the middle and it is Floyd Mayweather Jr. who declined.

All Floyd had to do was agree and we had a fight.

You want to bring up the over the weight fines the Pacquiao camp request? Floyd purposely came over weight against Marquez. Pacquiao has never tested positive for PEDS.

      2501....

The fight wasnt signed because of the CUT OFF DATE..........

Apparently Pac needs 24 days to heal from a blood test.

      Not Floyds fault.

Pacquiao was randomly blood tested on the Morales fight. He passed the test, felt weak and lost the fight. That will be the last time somebody will randomly blood test Pac. Either you fight him or you don't.

Thanks to Floyd's demand.......he has nobody to fight to. Pac has tons of options.

No, not really.. since he agreed to do the tests which arent mandetory anyway.. that alone is going out of your way. two weeks is asking to go even further out of your way.
the 24 days was reasonable.. the two weeks was reasonable too.. but you have to understand that he's already doing something which isn't required and has already compromised on something he doesn't want to do.

No matter how you spin it.. It's Floyd's fault for this fight not comming off. As already stated, Manny has never tested positive for anything and Mayweather had NEVER asked anyone else to take a blood test.
What does that tell you? Floyd is scured.

Chups this post is BS and you know it.

You said if they offered 14 days...then Pacs a duck.

Well they did...and Arum never told Pac until after the fight was cancelled.

ARUM said that out his own mouth...that Manny said no when he told him.

              Dont back pedal now homie.

24 days is not random testing.....and Money compromised to 14 days thereafter and Mad Bob and Pac said no.
