I honestly think this man was the scape goat, so he made a mistake, fine, suspend him and make him do his time, which he has. If the charges and the evidence was so conclusive why wasn't he banned from the sport forever then? it just doesn't make any sense my friend.

He won't be banned forever cause he was caught before, he never had a chance to use them. If he did then it would had been a tottally different outcome with him. If there wasn't so much evidence and testimony by Capetillo himself he would had fought in 09. Why you think they haven't sue the state and everybody else for lost earnings and defamation?

very true they all did cheat but i dont know anything about what toney or vargas did but in the mosley case yes he cheated and youre right i dont agree with that but mosley at least admitted to his wrong actions and stepped up like a man, and for the fight that he did cheat for i dont even think he won it and its not like he was going around with a cast in his glove punching oscar in the face he used steroids (which isnt any better) but still a fist is hard enough as it is it doesnt need anymore solidness to it, and with margarito he's still holding the position that he didnt know what was going on? come on especially with how long he's been in the sport he should know without even looking if something is in his wraps that isnt supposed to be there

UM you don't get your license taken away unless there is reason, and I did like Margarito but he was cheating, and there is no other way to interpet "plaster like substance"

They were knuckle pads the kind a boxer uses to protect his hands during training. Did he break the rules? Yes! Did he deserve to get suspended? Yes! But were his wraps dipped in plaster? No! The truth is in all likelyhood the knukle pads were more to protect Tony's hands and did little in making his fists more damaging.

Anyone celebrating his ring return is of poor judgement imo.

Anyone found wearing dangerous illegal gloves in a fight sport where your hands are lethal weapons, should be banned for far longer than one year. It is a terrible tarnish on the sport that you can do something like this and just take a year off and be back, some boxers don't fight for a year anyway.

I also don't credit that you could box for so many years, be a pro, have your hand wrapped, and not know that your wraps on your hands are not normal, are slightly wet, and hardening.

It's a disgrace and I emplore people to avoid his fights, and petition he stay banned longer, as it does not put a positive light on an already seen as corrupt sport.

I never heard Mosley man up and admited to using steroids, all he said was he was "given" these things as part of supplements, he never confessed **** so I don't know what you are talking about.
