That's why every fighter is never accused of being on drugs -- BUT --
they must submit to testing just in case they're not clean.

Boxing isn't exactly strict either. People say that they overlooked it in Baseball due to records being broken and attracting more people to the stadiums all over...I wonder if boxing is following suit.
