to be fair, MLB brought the mess on themselves, the league and the players union both stalled the progress of PEDs testing, both out of self-interest, because explosive offenses and home runs put asses in seats, which the sport desperately needed in the aftermath of the lock-out.

Honestly, boxing can run, but it can't hide. MLB, the NFL, the Olympics, each took their turn getting castrated by the general public for doping and drug scandals. Hell, in the last year, it's even reached out to car racing, lol.

Not really, Canseco wasn't viewed as a trustworthy guy, and he got blacklisted badly for speaking out. I remember everyone and their mom was trashing him as an attention-seeker and questioned the truthfulness of his accusations, based on questionable motives.

That's why every fighter is never accused of being on drugs -- BUT --
they must submit to testing just in case they're not clean.

That doesnt apply to everybody even when the world is looking at them with su****ion they can just say no testing above the current weak testing procedures that athletes have been making a mockery off for years , I really think this little testing avoidance will haunt Manny for not clearing his name and fighting Floyd .
