Hatton is terrible at welterweight. Even power punching Luis Collazo nearly knocked him out lol

It's quite funny that he cant make 140 because he's too fat

now onto the hatton cotto fight, i dont like it one bit i am the biggest hatton fan i have ever met (lol) but i think at that weight cotto will beat him, i like him against JMM better at a catch weight even though i hate catch weights i just dont think that hatton can maket 140 safely anymore, hell i dont even know if he could make 144, i would love to see him fight again but i would rather not see him lose after all, THERES ONLY ONE RICKY HATTON!!!!!!
I would also like to make something very clear. I like Ricky Hatton I like his style and that makes it hard for him not to be a fan favorite. However, in the end with all the facts put together I just don't believe that he is a very good fighter. But that doesn't mean he does not fight hard and he sure is a lot of fun to watch.

Hatton / Valero would be great fun almost as much as Margarito/Hatton at 147 or Cotto/Hatton.

yeah at one point he was the man at 140, but come on seriously hatton fans really take value in that collazo robbery really?

while i agree that he did get hurt badly and was close to being out on his feet, but that was in the 12th round and you forget he knocked collazo down in the first which ultimately won him the fight, dont get me wrong i like collazo hes a great fighter but he was very hesitant in the fight which made ricky look good, they both threw a ton of punches but in the end ricky landed more, which doesnt always gaurentee a win but this time it did, and it wasnt like he won 120-109 it was a very very close decision the scores were
                      Judge: Don O'Neill 115-112
                      Judge: Paul Driscoll 115-112
                      Judge: Leo Gerstel 114-113
it wasnt even a SD or a MD so all three judges thought he won what else do you want
