I have no problem with it...I think Pacquiao is being a bit of a *****...but I understand his whole ordeal with Morales and the blood testing; it's mental thing for him.

I see. Out of curiousity - and hypothetically speaking - if state commissions ever followed the sort of testing methods that experts recommend, do you believe fighters should be excused from testing for having "mental" issues with it? Just curious.

Is it my problem? It's Pacquiao's---stop with the hate mang. You love me. If the commission sees fit changing the policies Pacquiao will probably do it as Arum states.

They already said they don't have a problem with it if it is done by the commission. What's your point? If the commission approves they have no choice but to do it. Otherwise you can't fight under their jurisdiction.

"No. 2, we would agree to take the blood test in January within 30 days of the fight and any other random blood tests that the Nevada State Athletic Commission elected to do without a timeline," said Arum. "We're so confident that the Nevada Commission would do the right thing that we don't have to put a timeline in there."

I am utterly surprised Arum didn't suggest the drug testing protocols of the NHL, NASCAR, soccer league, and cricket players.

He can still bring those up next time.

Unfortunately, Schaefer will refuse then regurgitate it later in the negotiation. Still wondering why they haven't filed a petition.

FH: If there was a third party involved or hired to do the blood-testing, who or what would it be?

Schaefer: I have some suggestions. One of which was actually the one which Top Rank had recommended, which is the agency that does the NFL and Major League Baseball [The National Center for Drug Free Sports, based in Kansas City, Mo.] The problem is they only do urine.

But I'm sure that if they do urine, they could probably retain someone else to do the blood testing as well. If it would be that agency, that would be okay with us as long as it's random, it's urine, it's blood, and it is cut off at a date prior to the fight which maintains the integrity of the tests.

I'm not referring specifically to Pacquiao. I'm speaking in general. If you support such testing, do you believe fighters who don't want to do it because of "mental" reasons should be excused?

Freddie Roach: I have no problem with the testing whatsoever. They can do whatever (Keyword: Whatever) kind of drug testing that they want.

"If they give me a 5-day window or something like that I have no problem with it," Roach said. "When they've drawn blood from Manny in the past he feels weaker for three or four days. It may be mental, but it's there."

I don't know, why hasn't Schaefer filed a petition? Seems they're more than willing to do what NSAC will decide on.
