That right there is true. I remember when Oscar had the WBC 154 title. And, Martinez #1 contender that mandatory was never forced... Matter of fact the only time I saw the WBC strip a "favored" guy was Barrera, when Barrera chose to fight Tapia. And, Tapia got stripped for fighting Barrera. They were trying to unify and both got stripped. I never understood that...

Again if Mayweather wanted out he wouldn't have accepted the 50/50 split and 10 million penalty. Yet Pac is using the "MENTAL" excuse??
Are you seriously ******ed? If Manny is badly affected by blood tests, then that's his issue. It shouldn't be used against him during training! 50/50 is reasonable, as is the penalty. Why should Floyd be allowed to have an even larger weight advantage? Manny is already higher than what he is truly used to! Was this penalty thing something new? No, not really(one way or another)! Was Floyd's demand for testing? Yes, to my knowledge!

Manny was quoted saying he wants to face Floyd in the ring! Yet, Floyd didn't want to just forget the crap and get it on, apparently!

Who would he fight if Mosley lost though? I can't think of anyone.

The only person I could think of would be Margarito. I do not think Berto would bring much cake at all.

Sulaiman isnt going to allow that belt to be let go of if the next person to hold it is going to be involved in one of the biggest fights ever

Random Blood test is worst 'cause it's a clear reason for a fighter to duck an opponent.

yea gayweather only wanted testing that no other boxer had ever done in the history of the sport. why would it not be 50/50 when pac has been the way more relevant fighter, is p4p #1, has the welterweight title, his last ppv crushed floyds and the hype in vegas was 10 times that of floyd's fight. and the 10m per pound might have to do something with floyd purposely missing weight by two pounds in his last fight. that fight should have been called off if it wasn't marquez biggest payday.

I read that it has been said by experts that any enhancing drugs could be detected by urine testing. Manny was ok with random testing. Why drain him with the blood test? Who says I believe that Manny has a problem with it 100%? Some people do react badly to having their blood taken. It might be fine if he was to then go chill, but he had to TRAIN FOR AN ELITE FIGHTER! He needed his focus! Is this so hard to comprehend?

As for Mayweather draining Pac its at 147. No draining.

"Giving" a "sample" of blood is not draining. AND besides its "MENTAL" right?

It has nothing to do with draining. Team Pac doesn't want the fight right now... period. Its clear. BUT fook it. Mayweather and Mosley will be bigger than anything Pac does right now if the fight happens.

Leverage for Mayweather if the fight between Mayweather Pac happens in the future no?
Oscar didn't have to agree like, like Manny didn't have to agree to fight Foreman at 154. With Cotto, it was pretty much at weight.

Where did I say that 147 was a huge issue for either? Yes, giving blood isn't good for some. MANNY HAS TO TRAIN FOR AN ELITE FIGHTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If he does strip him... then he probably will just create another belt just to be involved somehow...
