so floyd demanded manny take random blood test, a guy that has NEVER tested for positive for ANYTHING. . but he wont demand shane to take random blood ?, shane is a proven user so that wouldnt make sense, that would just add to the fact that floyd is jealous of pacquiao status and wants to dirty up his image..

and lets not get too excited about this, if floyd takes the fight, he gains major points in my book, but i dont think he would, maybe hes tired of being labeled a pu$$y and wants to prove millions wrong, lets hope hes brave enough to sign the contract. .

if floyd doesnt at least posture like he wants to do this his reputation will continue to be what it is, even if it isnt fair. For the last 5 years, mayweather in the opinion of so many, has never fought anyone since leaving 135 and is always ducking someone. So what choice does he have than to pick at the very least, the best fighter in and around his division? If mosley wins and takes bertos belt, its actually signifigant to the WW division and even more signifigant in future negotiations with pac, since he can leverage possibly having two belts, as well as if the PPV numbers go in his favor.

I know belts are meaningless. I am not even going to argue that. I hate all the 4 major belts. But, if Shane wins I think he will vacate the WBC belt. I think Collazo is the mandatory. And, the winner of Shane-Berto has to fight Collazo. But, really if Shane wins I see him dropping the WBC and keep the WBA. So Collazo will figth for the vacant WBC belt. But, if Berto wins I see him fighting Collazo in the rematch. Or am I mistaken and is Collazo not the mandatory and does not get the next shot at the WBC belt? I know this is meaningless but I was just wondering about this...

in all these articles, theyre always saying how now everybody that fight manny will request the same thing., especially golden boy fighters.. but they make no suggestion of shane getting tested in the same form..i just dont think floyd will demand that from manny but not from shane..

Having the belts brings legitmacy to his welterweight campaign and could force the idea that a fight between him and pac would be for the lineal championship should pac beat clottey. mayweather being a two time welterweight champion does wonders for his resume, infact a fight with mosley erases just about all the hate hes received over the last 5 years, most of it unjust but nontheless its there.
