Click on the link to the lawsuit, BoxingScene is mentioned in it: All the "diehard Floyd fans" with their assertions of the truth that Pac is on roids are only contributing to the downfall of your favorite boxer. It's your right to voice your opinion but when you assert that it is a fact.....you better be able to prove it.

Filed Complaint Case 2:09-cv-02448 Document 1 Filed 12/30/09
False statements section, page 8 of12 item #37, 38.
37. On December 25, 2009, the New York Daily News Reported:
According to a source familiar with the talks, Pacquiao’s representatives asked what penalties Pacquiao would face if he tested dirty, and also if a dirty test result could be kept secret so that the integrity of the fight wouldn’t be ruined in the public eye.
38. This is untrue and, on information and belief, was “leaked” by Mayweather, Jr. and his representatives to further destroy Pacquiao’s professional credibility and reputation.

Floyd demands an outrageous test skipping the authority, Manny agrees but with his own clause as well then Floyd just want to impose his rule in boxing and Manny say enough is enough.
It's good that the lawsuit continues that will teach him and his camp a lesson.

they were stating information from a source.
if the source was a member of team mayweather , they have to consider the source reliable since team mayweather is part of the negotiations right?
now the information itself might not be reliable.
pacquiao's lawyers filed this in their lawsuit. if this goes to court , we'll find out who was lying and who was telling the truth.
