I love this fight, but for it to be at all competetive in the eyes of the judges, Clottey has got to avoid falling way behind in the first 4-5 rounds. I hate it when Clottey does just enough to lose, yet half the time he doesn't even seem winded when the final bell rings. He absolutely needs to focus on a higher workrate in the early going, and also must put something hard on Pac to gain respect enough to avoid Manny getting into that deadly groove of his. Manny should win a close decision if his activity remains as high as it has recently been.

This fight is one that will be very exciting for us fans to witness. Can't give Clottley much of a chance but he sure will test Manny. Like someone said If Manny runs away with the first 4-5rounds then no way Clottey can win unless he goes for a KO.

Good match up by Team Pacquiao, this fight will make him look even more better imo.

Good for Pacquiao taking on a dangerous Welterweight.

Floyd can now move on and fight Matthew Hatton.

Clottey lost all his important fights, what makes him so dangerous?

I think so ,clottey has been the victim to alot of close fights ,cuz his lack of activity.pac will apply pressure but clottey has some boxing ability .this will be what alot of people won't expect

He's dangerous because he can fight, and he's almost "un-knockout-able". Sadly, as you pointed out, he does just enough to lose the big fights...he was close to beating Cotto and Margarito, not to mention getting robbed of a victory against Judah. In all three of these fights, Clottey had a great opportunity for Victory. Josh is a hard luck guy who often has nobody to blame but himself.

I was at the Cotto fight and I thought Clottey won. The judges were petrified by the crowd, who were drunk and mean and ready to tear down Madison Square Garden if Cotto lost a decision. It took them forever to get the result to the ring.
