Not even reading all these posts. Stopped once I saw a bunch of you idiots giving Ruiz all this undue credit. Makes no ****ing sense. He ******. He bored the hell out of everybody. Finally retires and people get upset? Screw that. I'm glad he's retired. Wish Holyfield would've never lost to him. Hell, wish Ruiz would've retired after Tua destroyed him.

          Good riddance to John Ruiz.

Na na na na, na na na na, hey hey, goodbye.

Yeah right Holyfield couldn't beat Ruiz in his prime. Ruiz's footwork and handspeed is too much for ol' Evander to handle.

"Ole Evander"..exactly. His age at that time had everythign to do with him losing to Ruiz.

Pretender is pretending, and very badly, to be a boxing fan. You're not fooling anybody pal. So, follow Ruiz's lead, leave.

Hmm...no thanks, but if you want, I can bet that on the Mayweather fight. Do you like Arturo Gatti?

                    hmm

I'll bet you 100,000 on Gatti. I think Feather will win, but I'm just going to bet for that guy I am rooting for this time.

It's too bad Ruiz never got the respect he deserved. His accomplishments are amazing considering his limited skills and abilities. He was treated very unfairly in his time.
